You can pay for your application on this page. Every resident 18 years old or older must go through a full screening process. This is a benefit to the whole community and allows us to offer better and safer homes at a more affordable price.

Please make sure you:

1) Select the correct number of residents over 18

2) Enter the property address you are applying for and then

3) Click the secure Paypal “Check out with PayPal” button

4) On the following page you will be given the option to login with your PayPal account or pay securely as a guest with out a PayPal account and just your credit card.

Many applicants don’t think they will be approved but they are. We look for ways to approve you.
